Who is the Data Controller?
Rontis AG is Data Controller of the Users’ personal data processed through the Website (hereinafter “Users” or “you”) within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), as legally represented.
What is the purpose and the legal basis of processing your Personal Data?
You are not obliged to consent to the processing of your personal data, but otherwise you will not be able to communicate with the Company.
How long will we keep your data?
The Company provides all the necessary technical and organizational security measures for the protection of your personal data, required to prevent them at any time from unauthorized access or leakage.
